Your Rummy Game wining amount can be withdrawn from a ‘bank to bank’ online transfer.

To be entitled to withdraw any funds from your account, players are required to upload the requested documents and complete the KYC verification.

The Online Transfer service is processed free of cost. However, in rare cases wherein players request for a payout of their deposit without reasonable gameplay, the company will charge a withdrawal fee. This will be decided by the management of company depending upon the nature of such a scenario.

Players can have ONLY ONE (1) withdrawal per day & ONE (1) in 48 hours

The withdrawal service is 24x7. Hence, it can be done during any time of the day and also at the convenience of your place, be it in the office or at home or even on the go.

The Online Transfer service is only processed on a Weekday (that is- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

Player may request two (2) free withdrawals in a month.

In a month, you can withdraw your win amount anytime during a weekday. Further, the company has not placed any cap with regards to the number of withdrawals done per month.

The company has provided its users the luxury of withdrawing as low as Rs. 100 per withdrawal. In addition, the maximum you can withdraw is Rs. 10,000. There is a cap on this in order to prevent unauthorized or illegal activity.

Any winnings derived from the free money, promotional cash or free cash are not eligible for withdrawal. All promotional cash/winnings will be made void upon successful first deposit and shall be replaced by the deposited cash.

Any Pending Bonuses/Promotional cash will be voided, when you make a withdrawal prior to meeting the wagering requirement towards the bonus.

The procession time approximately takes about three to four working days. The Online Transfer service may take time due to reasons such as multiple accounts, suspicious games, account monitoring etc. This is in keeping with the company’s policy to ensure security in transactions.

Cash earned through promotional offer cannot be withdrawn through a ‘bank to bank’ online transfer. However, you can use this cash for playing rummy cash games.

When your win amount in a single game is equal to or more than Rs. 10,000, then in such a scenario a 30% tax rate is applicable. Hence, the company will issue a Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) certificate to the player before the end of the annual financial year. You can use this while filing your Income Tax Returns. To avail of such a service, you need to provide us the details of your PAN card. In addition to this, you are requested to give us scanned copies of documents supporting your Identity proof and documents supporting your Address proof.

The company management takes strict action to any suspected unauthorized or illegal activity. Hence in such a scenario, the management has the right to investigate into such matters and decide whether to accept or decline such a withdrawal request.
